Tail Vibe Co. Rewards & Referral Program Terms

By participating in our program, you agree to these terms to ensure a fair and secure shopping experience:

Earning Points:
Orders: Earn 2 pts per $1 on subtotals of $50+(excludes shipping/taxes). 
Engagement: Earn points for signing up (100 pts), following on Instagram (100 pts), or visiting our site (5 pts). 

Refer-A-Friend Program:
Advocate Reward: You get 200 points only after your friend completes a successful purchase (minimum spend $40). Friend Reward: Your friend receives a 10% OFF coupon for their first order. 

Fraud Prevention: Referral rewards are for new customers only. Self-referral (referring yourself using different emails) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and voided points. 

Reward Redemptions & Spending Thresholds:
$5 Discount: you need to have 100 points : Minimum purchase of $40required. 
$100 Cash Voucher you need to have 1500 points: Minimum purchase of $130 required.

Usage & Returns:
One Code Limit: Only one discount code can be used per order. 

Non-Refundable: Points earned from returned items will be deducted. Used reward codes will not be re-issued upon return of products. 

Final Authority:
Tail Vibe Co. reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke points/rewards at our sole discretion to prevent program abuse
